What kind of office is a coworking space?
By sharing one room with multiple tenants, you can enjoy the convenience of an office at a low cost.
Can I register or request for forwarding mails to my address?
Yes, it is possible. The monthly membership fee does not include the cost of address forwarding, so please apply separately for the address forwarding option (10,000 yen/month).
Can I reserve a seat?
As this is a shared space, we do not accept reservations for seats. In the unlikely event that the space is full, lounge seating is available.
Are the seats fixed?
It is a hot desking system.
Are there office supplies that can be shared in the office?
Various office supplies are available in the common space, including a multifunction printer (for a fee), shredder, stapler, etc.
Can I place a landline phone?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is not possible to have a landline phone at your seat as this is a free address. However, it is possible to contract for a fee for an IP phone exclusively used for forwarding. You can forward calls to any number you like, such as your mobile phone or home address. Additionally, if you contract for a rental office (private room), it is possible to install a landline telephone.
Can I register or request for forwarding mails to my address?
Yes, it is possible. The monthly membership fee does not include the cost of address forwarding, so please apply separately for the address forwarding option (10,000 yen/month).
What documents are required to sign a coworking space contract?
As screening documents (including confirmation at the time of transaction)
(1) For individual customers, an official identification card with a photograph that shows the current address of the customer (if the card has a back side, the back side is also required).
(2) In the case of a corporate contract, an official identification card with a photograph that includes the current address of the representative (if the card has a back side, the back side is also required) and a certificate of all historical matters issued within 6 months of the date of issue.
If the person in charge of the contract is different from the representative, an official ID with a photograph (copy only) showing the representative's current address, a certificate of all historical matters issued within the last six months, and an official ID with a photograph showing the contracting officer's current address (the back side is also required for those with a back side) are also required.
*Originals and copies of each of these documents must be presented. However, if there is no option to use the address, only a copy is required.
What is the minimum time required to start a contract for coworking space?
We will respond within one week after submitting your application and screening documents.
How do I pay the bills?
Deposit payments should be made by bank transfer. For monthly payments, we ask that you pay by credit card from the first month.
I am concerned about Internet security. Is there any information leakage?
Wi-Fi is equipped with the V-Lan system, providing a higher grade of security. In addition, a wired LAN is always available, providing a network environment suitable for both wired and wireless PC environments.
Can I leave my personal belongings behind?
By signing up for a dedicated locker (4,000 yen/month), you can freely place your personal belongings in the locker. The lockers are equipped with a dial key to store your important belongings.
I would like to know the fees, are they listed in the website?

Is there any difference between the rates for a 03 and a 050 number for IP phones?
If you want to get an "03" number, you will be charged an initial setup fee of 15,000 yen plus calling charges according to your usage. If you use a 050 number, you will only be charged for calls based on your use of the number.
What are the reception hours?
Expert Office receptions and phone operation departments are open from 9:00 to 17:30 on weekdays. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Can I actually see the office?

Are there any other costs besides the monthly membership fee?
All options are included in the monthly membership fee except for paid options such as paid meeting rooms and IP phones.
Until what time are the meeting rooms and lounges available?
Rental office customers are available 24 hours a day. Virtual office customers are available during reception business hours (9:00-17:30).
Is it possible to reserve a meeting room on the same day?
Reservations and availability are available as long as space is available.
Is it possible to have a meeting in the lounge with someone from the company?
Renting office space is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (free of charge). Coworking clients may use the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (free of charge). For virtual office clients, only one person may use the space during business hours (for a fee). Meetings can also be held in the conference room for a fee.
Can I use the meeting room or lounge for one day only?
There are no contract types that limit the use of the meeting rooms, such as one-day use or hourly rental.
