  1. From the North Exit of Nakano Station, take the escalator on the left and proceed along the pedestrian deck.
  2. Cross the first traffic light and take a right at the Nakano Tax Office, and you will see a pedestrian crossing without a traffic light.

  4. Go straight through the entrance and up the escalator at the end of the hall to the second floor, where the reception desk is located.

I would like to see the fees of the rental office.
At Expert Office, we offer a variety of room types, including room sizes, shapes, and with/without windows, etc., and their prices will also vary depending on the availability at the time. Therefore, we would like to propose the best plan for you while you actually view the rooms. Of course, even if you have not yet viewed the rooms, please feel free to contact us so that we can suggest the most suitable room for your needs.
Is it possible to sign a short-term contract for several months? What is the minimum contract length?
Yes, it is possible. Basically, the contract is for one year, but it is possible to terminate the contract at the end of the two-month period (short-term contract).
What is the minimum time required to start a contract for a rental office?
If you submit the screening documents as soon as possible after applying, we can respond within 10 business days.
What kind of office is a rental office?
Generally, rental office is a generic term for an office space equipped with chairs, desks, office space, information equipment, etc. necessary for business at a lower initial cost than renting an office space directly from the building owner. There are various types depending on the services provided, billing methods, etc. Because of their low initial cost, these offices are often used as start-up offices.
What documents are required for the rental office contract?
As screening documents (including confirmation at the time of transaction)
(1) In the case of an individual contract, an official certificate with a photo showing the current address of the contracting party (if it has a back side, the back side is also required) is required.
(2) In the case of a corporate contract, an official identification card with a photograph that includes the current address of the representative (if the card has a back side, the back side is also required) and a certificate of all historical matters issued within 6 months of the date of issue.
If the person in charge of the contract is different from the representative, an official ID with a photograph (copy only) showing the representative's current address, a certificate of all historical matters issued within the last six months, and an official ID with a photograph showing the contracting officer's current address (the back side is also required for those with a back side) are also required.
For each of these documents, the original must be presented and a copy submitted.
Can I post my company name?

If I sign a rental office contract, I will probably use the office until midnight. Is there any change between daytime and nighttime?
The rooms can be used 24 hours a day by operating the security card. However, there are some locations with limited air conditioning operation hours.
What is "secretarial service"? Is secretarial service available even if I have a rental office contract?
This is a telephone secretarial service such as a telephone agent. We will separately introduce you to an outsourcing company (Business Assist, Inc.) for secretarial services, and you will be required to sign a contract directly with the company. This service is available not only for rental offices but also for any other contracts.
IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE IN CHARGES BETWEEN AREA CODES SUCH AS "03" NUMBERS AND "050" NUMBERS FOR IP PHONES?
Basically, area code subscriptions are more expensive. Rates vary depending on the location.
What are the reception hours?
Expert Office receptions and phone operation departments are open from 9:00 to 17:30 on weekdays. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

All options are included in the monthly membership fee except for paid options such as paid meeting rooms and IP phones.
Until what time are the meeting rooms and lounges available?

Is it possible to reserve a meeting room on the same day?
Reservations and availability are available as long as space is available.
Is it possible to have a meeting in the lounge with someone from the company?
レンタルオフィスをご契約のお客様は4名までラウンジにて打ち合わせの対応が可能でございます。
またコワーキングやバーチャルオフィスをご契約のお客様は、社内外問わず、ご来客者様との打ち合わせは、有料会議室のご利用をお願いしております。
Can I use the meeting room or lounge for one day only?
恐れ入りますが、会議室、ラウンジは、レンタルオフィス、コワーキング、バーチャルオフィスのご契約者様のみがご利用できる施設となっており、1日利用や時間貸しなどの会議室利用限定の契約種別はございません。
